Non existing after sales

I purchased a Van Gogh combustion oven from Fire Empire. It needed to go into an old fire place in our living area. The sales person was good but unfortunately it could not be matched by the installer or the so called warrantee of installation. The installer was in a word, out of his depth to deal with the installation that was required. He did promise to get back to fix the brickwork a promise that was never fulfilled. After weeks of corresponding with the office, another installation team was send but they could not perform a seal at the chimney as water damage to the floor and unit clearly indicated. I am still waiting for response as the picture of the damage was send. You are better of purchasing these units yourself and finding a professional installer. And no the installation guarantee does not mean anything.
