Worst service from Finwell

I am very disappointed with the service that I have been getting from Finwell legal services since 1 June 2021 My accounts are still not paid, I am getting calls from credit providers non stop and getting letters of demands yet my account was debited on 20 July 2021.

I need to know what is happening, their line is always engaged and cannot get through to anyone. I am so frustrated because they assured me that everything is fine however I only found out on 30 July 2021 that they haven't even liased with the credit providers as they promised. I am going to take this matter further, it is so frustrating knowing that you are doing things right and they just disappoint.

I will give them until 6 Aug 2021 otherwise I am going to withdraw my account with them and take the matter to ombudsman. The service is really bad
