Worst service ever
This is by far the worst service I've ever received. No communication from the consultantssssss. I'm saying consultantssss because I don't even know who I'm dealing with. I was called in April and was told that they will assist me with my 2 accounts. Mind you I never needed Finwell as I only had two accounts that I was about to pay off in 2 months but because I had one or two other accounts still reflecting on my name I thought maybe they can assist me with that.
They never tell you about the R1500 over the phone. Only the R685. Fine. Cherry on the cake I get another phonecall stating In order for Finwell to start the mediation process I HAVE to take out a WILL. I feel like I've been mislead as It has been 5 MONTHS and FINWELL haven't done ANYTHING and my Creditors has handed me over to their own lawyers. No mediation has been done from FINWELL in this time and my credit score has dropped ever since. I had to call twice to get feedback.
Does these consultant not have email addresses? If a consultant requests documents, surely I feel like that should be sent via email. For a Financial Service you don't take POPI Act serious hey. Why am I receiving random whatsapps stating I must send bank statement on whatsapp.

As I am saying I'm still waiting. Since my reviews is being removed. I will not stop writing a review untill management calls me. Maritsa ****ed everything up just to find out she is no longer working for finwell. I expect a call from management soon.
