Worst service

Good day... I am very unhappy with this company as they come across as honest business people but to my finding I find them very dishonest and lack integrity. I had asked for them to cancel their services towards me of which fine they did that but my money still got debited. Now I keep getting passed from pillar to post for a refund of very large amounts. We are already going through these trying times of trying to make a living during this Corona virus pandemic but for people to come and just take our hard earned money just like that it's not nice at all... I'm in the 4th week now expecting a refund they said they had processed for weeks ago, they never update me or whatsoever but I'm always the one trying to get a hold of them and when I do get ahold of them all I get is lies from them telling me they're going to refund my money. The airtime I use to call them on their landline number is not free... The time I take to try sort this out always just seems like lost time as I don't ever get anything back from them... I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND PLEASE!
