Worst company
I have canceled my service with finwell,Bella said I had to send her a cancelation email wich I did,for days they keep on phoning me,but I have canceled. Then I phoned the manager and he said my file is canceled. This morning they still debited my account.

28 Jan 2022, 16:02I have phoned finwell the whole day,I have recordings of every phone call where the consultant admitted that my file shows canceled on their system and that she does not know why they debited my account,they made a mistake,she will fix it,until now I'm waiting.i want my money refunded.i will keep on phoning until my money is back in my account.
