We spoke to a lady named Yolanda she explained the whole process to us so that we could understand if we have any questions or need advise we just ask her and she always always get back to us, we have been receiving loads of calls from the debtors and messages i send all of those the Yolanda and she promply comply with them on our behalf we have been recieving no calls as she corresponded with them
