very very bad service this company is full of excuses
Never experienced bad service like with finwell,i have sent them plenty of emails whatsapp and also phone calls i visited their office this morning and i have been told by acounts management that it wil be resolved today after 3 months and 19 days and when i left after a long time i had to reach out again to them just so that they can tel me another 4 to 7 days just for a proof of payment bad service no repky updates or anything only excuses

22 Dec 2022, 11:37There has been no work done,i had to solve my own problems i wont pay for service that i did not recieve.i did recieve an x amount and for 3 months i had to use my time,data and airtime and diesel to get to a point where i paid my creditors my self you can take things under your own legal actions send me proof of your work that was done then i will stop.i have proof up until today where i am the one contacting my creditors and your staff asking me to get details from my creditors so what work was done ons my stuff? He did refund me but you refund not all of my money how does that work ? When i need aswers from your company do i get answer? No! Now that i put you where every one can see now you are coming with lots of stories , R1500 still need to be paid to me that you did short payment , you cant expect a client to pay in full but when it comes to a refund you whant to hold money back for service not delivered ? How do you do businesses?
