Useless services

I have joind Maxlaw in October which they changed their name to Finwel I have been calling to find out what is happening on my account as the money I paid I dont get all the proof of payments I have been dealing with Hannelize but she does not respond to my mails I informend them this 5th march that I will no longer use there service I they are not doing as they have promised. Dont use them as there service is the worst ever.
