I am in total disgust by the way my refund request is being handled. This has been going on for longer than a month and I'm not sure on how to get urgent assistance. I was told to call them on *** and I never get through I have been holding for almost and hour. I need to know when will my money be refunded. Can I please get an urgent call back on ***.
