Unresponsive bad service

My name is Nakedi Abraham Tlhako with cellphone *** and I was having a contract with finwell legal services to assist me in clearing my name but they failed to assist me. Therefore I send a cancellation letter to the company and again to the agent by the name of Zama Bengu in March this year but till today it's not yet cancelled. I would like someone to assist me in canceling this and get my money back that was deducted. The amount deducted was R75.00 for five months and R600 for two to three months. This is really horrible service I cleared my own name with our your services you took my money and did not help me at all kindly reverse the money and cancel the debit order please
