Unhappy client

After getting brilliant service to get me to join the company. There is hardly any service after signing up with Finwell Legal Services. Accounts not paid every month, being paid on various dates. Asking numerous questions, I get no feedback. After asking how many times to speak to a manager they put your through to someone and you end up at the person who is not assisting in the first place. Empty promises....
