Unhappy and frustrated

Another week and so much more disappointment. I have called for a week and still nothing. I have been given promises and I have not gotten a word from Ruan Dieppenar, Luwellyn and Cynthia. I'm not sure how I should handle this now. If anyone else have advice for me please let me know.
