Unauthorized Deduction -Finwell legal services

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Finwell legal services and to warn others about their ************ practices. I recently discovered an unauthorized deduction of R4701.34 from my bank account, credited to an account I do not recognize under Finwell legal service's name. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I have received nothing but runarounds and vague explanations. I was initially told it will be reversed and finally, no clear answer at all. They have shown zero urgency in resolving this issue and returning my money. The sheer audacity of Finwell legal services to arbitrarily withdraw funds from my account is appalling. Their customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemingly designed to frustrate customers into giving up. This experience has caused me significant stress and financial inconvenience.
