Unauthorized Debi check

Please read the email below, dated 29/09/21,no response from both finwell consultants sabelo Ndaba and carroline miya.

I hope this finds you well. I'm really disappointed about the way you work in your campany.

I didn't sign a consent forms that you've sent me but yet you still went ahead by deducting money on my account which I don't know where it is because all my debit orders went through. Secondly how can you take my money before you've sent me a debits stop form. You are so unprofessional and please return my money and cancel everything I had with you you've caused me more stress and depression while you were supposed to unload.
