The service is extremely slow
The service is extremely slow. They don't notify you of anything. It's been just over a month already and I still barely get feedback. Only calls saying it's been escalated with little to no explanation beyond that. I would never recommend this company to others. I'm so disappointed. The customer service started out well, then they happily take your money and waste your time after that. If you can, find another company to assist you as Finwell have let me down immensely.
