The 5star rating is for service I got from Marius Snyders, he is always helpful and replies in time, he is the only person who actually assist or tries to investigate when I have enquiries The rest of the personnel that I have dealt with, they get 1 star, when I call the call centre, they never have answers or they don't know what's happening on my file which doesn't make sense to me at all, because of them at one point I thought Finwell is a ****, Marius is the person that restored my faith in Finwell and it's legitimacy. Mercy Thobejane never replies to my enquiries, I would send 3 follow up emails with still no reply
