Taking advantage of despite people

Having almost the same problem with these guys. First of all they called me out of the blue after I app**** for credit from an online credit agency and was denied .

They told me the would get my credit report for me and assist me in clearing my name so i could get credit again. They told me they would guarantee that they would be able to clear my name and assist me all the way.

They told me they would not charge me anything now , only once they got my credit record and had a plan to clear my credit history.

A day later they sent me a credit report saying I have no dept or judgments on my name and have never had any account ...... They said my credit history was not good because i have had no credit history for the past few years and I should open a clothing account to start improving my score.

I was very shocked at this because i know I have had accounts and credit cards and I have a loan that is still open and that i have defaulted on to the value of just under R50000. I have aslo had a car that i bought on HP and have paid it off. I asked them to please do my credit check again because the report they have is not right. They promised to redo my check and call me before the end of the day. The next day after no calls from them i called them back. Only to be told that they were working on it and would phone me straight back... Same again no call back was done so i again called them. Yet again I was promised a call back by the end of the day. One week later I still have not recieved a call or email. So i called again this time to cancel thier services . They only service i recieved from them is a false credit report... They said they would cancel my account with them but they were going to still debit my account at the end of the month for R800 for the service they supp**** to me , I told them that i have not recieved any service besides a false credit report but now they are insisting they are still going to debit my account at the end of the month. This is how this company operates...
