Stay away people working there are not qualified to do their jobs.

Will not recommend using this place I canceled my services with them on December 6 2022 on email. I then phoned and confirmed they received the email they confirmed they did get the cancelation email. I then received two more calls from them from different people where I stated I have canceled. Then end of January 2023 they still went and deducted R8000 and R685 from my account. When I phoned them I was informed nothing has been canceled and they now need to investigate this was on 26 January 2023. I was then informed everything has been canceled I I will receive my refund on 03 February 2023 but no money. I have been sending emails daily no one responds to emails I have phoned and every time you phone you only get trough to the sales department none of the other options work when phoning and if you do get trough you are transfered where you are on hold for 15 to 20 min then I call back again after the 4th time about you get hold of some one. I phoned them on Everyday this week to make sure my refund will be done Friday 10 February as this is then already more than the 10 working day it will take to investigate and do the refund. I was informed the refund was processed and the money will be back in my account Friday afternoon or Saturday Morning and yet there are no money so they absolutely don't care that the people there are not qualified to awnser phones and read emails they also don't care if they have taken people's money as you will suffer and struggle trough a month but as long as they have your money why should they care they can just feed you lies and continue their day. I was also told my case has been escalated to management and seems the management there also don't know how a phone works as I have not heard anything from their management also.
