Service canceled but debit order processed

I signed up with these guys not knowing that they can't assist if a debit order is processed via debi check and when they advised that they can't assit I send an email requesting cancelation of services because they wouldn't be able to help but they still debited my account. I've send emails to not respond and the cancelation was send in time yet their team leader Pertuni didn't attend to my email. Im very frustrated that these companies misrepresent themselves and promise clients on services they can't provide worst of all they take your money which is *****. Do not give the people from this company your banking details big **********. I want my money back.
