refund the rest of amount after they took their cancellation fee of R750.00
on the 20th October 2014 i received a call from LINDA SIWELA finwellegal service representative.i am under debt review,i was placed under debt review by debt busters, which they were paying my debt on my behalf because i was not affording to pay full monthly installments. after a year i got a new job which was paying me better salary, then i went back to debt busters and asked them to remove me into their system i will managed to pay creditors on my own, they agreed but i was told that they will not remove my name on the debt review until i finish pay all my debts.agreed. so i managed to pay some of my debts and i am left with one,which i'm about to finish it,so the guy from finwell said he can remove me from debt review,then i agreed because i was sure that they will do that plus i'm left with 1 debt and the balance is very little.i said to him i hope you will help me and not to put me into trouble whereas i'm in trouble he said no i will help you.as we proceed with our conversation he said he must get the balance of my debts so that they can take it over and convinced the magistrate that i can afford to pay my debts,then he will remove me, so i agreed. the fee was R686,00 to retrieve my crdit report i agreed, he asked how much i'm paying monthly for my other debt i said its R2400.00,his fee for the whole thing is R9500,so he did his calculation later he came back with documents to sign on line, which i did .the he did his calculations, i will pay R2952.00 for a period of 12 Months.i agreed. the money was deducted on the 29 October 2024, no problem, so now i ask the guy, what is the progress ?he was just promising to call me later. Ohk fine the i was refered to Yolanda who said she will be assisting me. its a long story. i cancelled when i notice that this is not what i want, on their document it says when you cancel you will be charged R750.00,so i want my other balance after their deduction of r750.00 and their r686.00,the rest of money should be paid back to me. please advise.
