Refund R7000

My father was offered help by the lady called Edith, as they always have a way of tricking people to give them their details my father did that hoping to get help. That was before the lady spoke to me as I asked my father to inform me of such people. So now the lady send me whatsapp and send me forms that need to be signed by Dad, and she assured me that she will wait for me to send back the forms so that they can start the process.. My father then asked her to move the first debit to May as I was still busy doing my research and making sure they are legit. They surprisingly took R7000 on his account in April 2023.. Now I called for a refund the lady by the name Tebogo said I must first send back those forms. Imagine. I did that just to get the process easy for my father. Now they are quite with his money. He can't pay bills for April.. They keep on saying Tebogo will call me back. It's so heart breaking to see how people are treated by this company. I wish they could just refund him ad quick as they were to debit. At this point I feel like they **** people. *********s **** be careful guys.
