Refund of R8648. 00 from Finwell Legal Services to MM zmolobsne

I am having problem with Finwell legal services their agent Betty, Ziphora, Luweleni and Hannelise. Betty called me about debt consolidation by their company. I signed contract on the 07 March 2022 withdraw/terminated the contract through email to Betty on the /14/03/2022,as I was struggling to get her telephonically from 8/3/2022 till I email to her wanting to inform her about terminating the contract. She responded through email on the 15 /03 /2022 that she was not at work for that week and didn't have access to internet. She said they will refund my money after 31 days.Luweleni called and I told him I have cancelled, Ziphora called wanted to know why I canceled, She said they will refund me till today I have not receive my R8648. 00. When I do follow up Ziphora says Luweleni is the one who suppose to refund the money even today. I did or not received my money 4,/5/2023 ,, May you kindly assist Morema Miriam Mokobane ***
