Refund and cancelation

I join finwell legal services on October 2022 with an assistant Busang, the promised me that I will pay on R1500 monthly and once off R636 from starting on the 25th of November, they will talk to my creditors to not diduct on my account only them, I accepted the offer due to the perfect customer services I also recruited 2 people to join and gladly Busang said he will come to see us one day. On the 25th of November all my creditor deducted including Finwell legal services I Palesa and the 2 people I joined with we call to find out what was happen, sadly the attitude on the telephone we got was very poor and dispointing and the told us they will refund us back our R1500 because it always happens and it's not only us it doesn't start with us or end with us by that time I was taking to Mahlatsi She told me she is a manager and the refund will be done on Friday on the 2nd of December. I Palesa called on the 2nd of December wanting to find out about the refund because we now got blocked on WhatsApp and blocked on Busang, we only had access of telephone call I was put pillet to post with no response until the closed on the 15th, they open on the 3rd, I called again to ask about the refund but only to find out it was not made and our information was not submitted at all they wher just doing it o the 5th of January. I was called o. The 16th that they can't refund they have spoken to my creditors yet I told them I need nothing to do with them anymore since last year, they don't want to cancel my account. Kindly Please assist us
