I am very disappointed with the company, I was contacted by one of their consultant ho was trying to help me with my debts, he sent me some forms which I never completed but to my surprise they debiting money from my account without my consent I called them to ask if they can refund me but I am being send from person to another. I am very upset because I am not getting any assistance

19 Dec 2023, 20:05Since I got the response fro the company no one has bothered to call me till today, I have sent them a WhatsApp message and no one responded, I feel that Finwell Management doesn't take our concerns very serious as long as they can debit our monies without any concerns, we work hard for our money and you get companies like finwell financial services who think they can take our monies for free I mean they contacted be because there saw a need for me to get help with my finances and they just rob us
