Refund

I've been in contacted with Llewellyn and he assured me that he'll process my refund for R5000, and I haven't received it yet. I got a call back but as soon as they heard I needed a refund they said they'll call me back and hung up in me.

I'm willing to go to the finwell offices to demand the refund and file a complaint with the ombudsman for breaching our contract agreement.
