REFUND

i want to lodge a complain about Finwell legal services, they called me later last year to help me in repaying my vodacom account, in the call they promised to call an finalized they contract which they never did. in November they debited 678 for they opening of account. now out of nowhere they debited 2500 when i reclaim my money and cancelling the services they offering me they are declining. please help me
