Poor service/communication

My calls are unanswered. Whatsapp messages not responded to. The person handling my account doesn't keep me informed, I have to constantly run after her to no avail. The irritating thing is that they called me numerous times a day in the early stages, now that I have started paying them, it's a mission to get hold of someone. My whatsapp messages are read but still to date no answer. I'm beginning to think they are a ****!
