Poor service and ignore calls

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I signed up with them to remove my poor credit score but all they're did was take my money without assisting me in this regard. Signed up with them for about 4 months but nothing were done to my credit score as I am re overing my credit score organicly.

Tried calling many times but they're ignore all calls. When opting for sale and request to speak to the relevant department, they're just hang up. Also resort to the bank to put a stop order on my account but am unable to do so as they're are directly linked to my bank account.

Am unhappy with spending money that is not been utilized to do their job.
