Poor service

I cannot even late this company, I am so despondent. Signed up with them, installment went off, received an email once with my credit report Did I pay R674 for a credit report? I have sent numerous emails to a lady, Johanna Mokoena and to date, no response. I've tried calling the number, no one picks up. Last week I went online and requested a call back for one of their services offered, I received a call yesterday the caller made offers to me. I pleaded my case to him still waiting for a response he said he'd call in 30minutes...I really need answers.
