Poor service

I received a call from this people and at first I thought it was a good idea until I read the reviews on hello Peter I have been trying to contact Gloria the whole day to cancel my debit order mandate fro their services it has not started as yet it's supposed to start debiting in April but Id rather sort my debts myself and I haven't gotten any response from her she keeps ignoring my messages Please cancel my debit order mandate with you immediately I want no funds to leave my account in April to finwell I will sort myself out I believe I have that right
