Poor communication
I would like to share my frustration with the way my file is being handled, I don't get any update regarding my file, I sent too many emails and they never get answered. I call the reception and ask for the person who is handling my file to call me and nothing happened. it is now 2 months without getting any update regarding my file, last time i received communication was om 1st December 2023. Iam not even sure if they are paying my creditors as its been 2 months without receiving POP. I want my file to be moved to another consultant who will be able to update me.
