Pathetic & Putrid Servies
Deducting from my account without warning. I have tried to terminate whatever agreement was made via email only to receive no response whatsoever. I have left 6 emails thus far and have tried calling them and was put on hold for 29 minutes straight. Disgusted in their services, honestly. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

With all due respect your query has been dealt with at receipt of first email .The debi check has been completely cancelled on our side as it was a once of debit .Should it still be reflecting as an active debi check .The problem is at your bank not with Finwell .
