On 9 September 2023 I contacted them to assist me to remove a company from my credit report that obstructs my loans. They firstly want you to accept a debit check before continuing business, after that they pulled my report and saw the company, but took advantage of my report and wanted me to go under debt review, even though they call it another name. I refused and the lady started to be rude, refused to listen to my point of view. I then told her I don't want your services, thinking they will do the ethical thing and not deduct their +- R685. They still deducted it and refused to give it back after making comms with them. It appears just speaking to them, then they charge you +-R685. They never returned my call, after asking them to review the recording and that I said I won't use their services, they still took my money. They really ****med me, I hope this review will let them contact me.
