Not so happy about what they did.

I was transferred to MaxLaw by debt safe hence they said they work together, so they told me they will help me with my account which were handed over to MDB which I couldn't able to pay due to circumstances and they told me they will be able to talk to Mr.price and which they said they have, but I've been getting calls from their lawyers and smses from them saying no one from Maxlaw have contacted them, so MaxLaw had deducted R550 on my banking account and I'm unable to reverse it because they knew what they were doing was wrong now I wanna know what's the way forward because I need my money you never delivered what you told me you will do please guys I really need my money.
