Not Right.

I got a call two weeks ago from a consultant named Esther,she spoke to me saying the help people with their debts with a once off fee of 685 rands then she made me approve the debicheck on my cell phone,she then told me another consultant will give me a call to give me a run down of how it works,shortly another consultant called saying the will have an attorney on my behalf and will help solve mt debts etc,she then made me approve another debicheck of 2100rands,after doing that she explained the is other costs but spoke very fast i could hardly understand,after everything was said and done i sat and thought that it is not worth it becouse it will just e more costs for me to endure instead i should just pay my debts directly,i then sent a email the very next day not even 24hours after the agreement,i emailed Esther requesting a cancellation,after waiting a whole day for a response the next day she finally emailed me and said i must send a cancellation letter,i then done a cancellation letter and sent it through signed,i also noted her that i did not sign the documents she sent me so the agreement shoul not stand and no monies should be debited from my bank account,she has not rep**** up till today and my account was debited on friday 30th April 2021 with the amount of 685rands,this is really not right i have cancelled and did not sign any documents to approve the agreement but they still took my money,i want a refund or legal action will be taken.
