Not happy
Early last month got a call from the company a guy named Thandolwamahlubi explained everything was impressed with the service then after i heard about legal charges i told him am sorry i cant afford that was after some few days then he assured me that they cancelled my service then on the 29 got debit order of 75rand then few hours later got another debit order of 685 and i have been trying to contact the company i have not had any respond may i please have my refund and i hope it wont happen again this time

10 May 2021, 11:26its really not right what you doing to us you can only reply us here only but with call emails nothing i have been trying to contact you guys from last week until now no respond nothing please answer your calls sales team nothing accounts team receptions nothing what must we do am taking this matter further now

10 May 2021, 14:45don't bother with my query u will see where you get another debit order changed my bank you can keep that money you have poor service and taking other people money that is what you good at

11 May 2021, 15:42am very disappointed thandolwamahlubi managed to call me and as i told him that my account was cancelled he could not explain what happened why my money was taken as i tried to speak to him he just hang up never bothered to call me again now he is not answering people careful with this people they are taking people's money
