No service

I received a call from a very friendly consultant selling me the Finwell services, it all sounded promising and I agreed to the service and agreed to the once off debit order and was told to keep my phone close because they will be calling me back to handle my situation. That never happened I have send emails and whatsaps saying that they I will no longer use them for any services they provide they have read the whatsaps but have not rep****. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.
