My name is Aqeelah. Ever since I signed up with finwell about 3 months ago I received great responses. I was at first worried where is my money going to because I never received an email stating that they received my money. I contacted their company and immediately had assistance. The representative I explained my situation to told me to expect a call back from someone to put my mind at ease. In less than an hour I received a call from Nelson who was very friendly and polite and made it a joy speaking to him. He also put my mind at ease and explained how the process works. He was apologetic about the fact that I was even put in a situation where I had to doubt Finwell as a company. Excellent excellent customer service from Nelson. He deserves a raise!
