I am so disappointed by this company. I have requested to cancel for their service since December 2021 and thy didn't action my request now I have to call them everyday for my refund and no one is actually available to assist me. The reception doesn't answer phone calls I spoke to Bella , Lindiwe and Antonete . They so called Llewellyn is there person who must assist me with my refund but he is forever out of office or on leave and everything has to wait for him. This is very unprofessional. I want my money back!!!.
