Money deducted and no reply why on email or calls.

Thank you, but as far as i know and how i have been waiting for replies from you guys. This will not be resolved. I am making my self ready to take this further as i have not received any reply from you guys. Melusi and Kevin working for this company not helpful also.

Still no reply or a call. People please dont trust this company. They are not helping they are taking money from people that worked hard every day. In this time of covid you get companies like this that take your money, already paying 50% salary and you get this company that robs you from your hard earned money. They putting me in more debt as now cant pay accounts.

Still waiting like i said with regards to this so called company. People please dont do any business with this company. They are robbing poor people. I have handed over my case to ombuds. Not going to leave it. People need to know that they are day light ******s.

Its the 17 August, only get a reply on post client services is dealing with complaint. Its a lie, how are you dealing with it if you have not responded to my emails and calls or any call or message or email from you guys. Stop with the lie's. Anyone who has a problem with this company, i have found out that NCR is the regulator that you must contact not ombudman. Hopefully they full sort this out. As per my discussen with NCR this is going to be sorted out. Really good people that helps when you get companies that take your hard earned money.

I am also disappointed with the service that I have been getting from Finwell legal services. My account was deducted when i told their team that i will not proceed. I even paid almost R700 just to show good fait for them listening, The amount of R5000.00 was deducted from my account. I also need to know what is happening as i have been calling no answer not even on getting hold of them by email. I am so frustrated. I am going to take this matter further too, it is so frustrating they just disappoint. I will also be giving them until 6 Aug 2021 and take the matter to ombudsman.
