I am told to write a letter to cancel a service I am yet to receive and that I need to pay R350 as well. My only question to them was what have they done for me to have me pay a cent to their company? I am still waiting for the response. Valentia is so ****** rude and forgets that I am the client here and not the other way around. If I do not like something I will complain because it's my money and Finwell Legal Services is not going to tell me what I should do with it.
