They took my money without my consent and now they are rwfusing to give it back. I called them and asked for the refund and instead I got unprofessional conversation with people who did not want to tell me their full names. I spoke to Lindiwe, Tumelo and Valencia (portfolio manager, refused to give last name). I was told the money they took was for a fee they charge for assisting people, I didnt even know who they were and did ask for their assistant yet alone know what they do.
