Max Law Legal refused to refund my money

I saw an advert on Facebook about Max Law and it made sense . I was then contacted by one of their consultants, and after our conversation the documents were sent via whatsapp for me to sign before we can start the process. I never signed the documents however they deducted money from my account. I have called them to request the refund however I was told that the first installment is non-refundable. I'm so disappointed with Max Law because I was expecting professionalism and honesty!
