Max Law legal not there to help

Good day, Two months ago I got a call from a consultant from Maxlaw, offering to assist with improving my credit score. A few days later I realised I don't want them to assist, I then contacted them to cancel. Debit didn't go off, and made it clear to the consultant that should there be any problems they will have to resolve on their own. Now I'm eing ambushed by their legal department, threatening to blacklist me. The very same company that promises to assist you to get your financial freedom. I asked, what am I paying for exactly, nothing was done, they tell me for consultation, this lady even had an attitude. I'm beyond being angry.
