I received a call from an agent from the above mentioned company and spoke to a lady by the lady of Pumzi, I advised that her that I would like to get my name off the ITC as under debt review as I haven't signed up for it, I gave her a date as to when I would be ready etc etc but yet they deducted my account. I never received any documentation whatsoever so I called them to advise that I am not ready for it and went to the bank to reverse it. They then told me that they will call me when I'm ready, which they did not. I now got a letter of demand from them stating that I owe them for a service that was not rendered to me. Please advise.
