lair, ******* pathetic service only a person that has a brick for a brain would do business with this company

absolutely pathetic, bank of lairs and said to say *******, i was called by this company, have not signed anything yet last Friday my account was debit a mount - i called in and spoke to Llewellyn who is apparently a manager there and was advised he would need to listen to the recordings - the gentleman came back to me and said that they would refund my money as the recording was not done in the correct manner i was told the money would be paid immediately - monday came no refund - tuesday came i called in again and was told that the money would reflect in my account on tuesday this obviously not happened i am now sitting with bank charges due to unpaid never mind my telephone will due to the long waiting time for someone to even answering the phone - while i am tying this complaint i have already been holding over 11 minutes and not a single person has answered and said even please hold - ask so now the phone actually just cut and now keeps giving a busy tone
