JUST GIVE BACK MY HARD EARNED MONEY

I found myself in a big mess over one call from this company. I was told that I will get assistance with getting a loan and up my credit score. This guy made it sound so believable. My understanding was I will pay the once off fee and they will then supply me with a loan big enough to fix my place and for some extra cash that I needed for small stuff that my pay cant cover. He made it sound so believable and I explained I have a small loan that will be deducted this month, if he could please make the debit order for next month. He assured me it will definitely be deducted end of July 2023. He then called me back to give me information I already have about my credit score and told me I have to open an account on my side and after 3months I can apply for a loan. I said excuse me, what? What am I paying for? the credit score report I can get for free on my app and from my bank. I was back and forth with them on the phone and spoke to their manager, who is very arrogant, rude and has a nasty attitude. Their main thing is, I agreed on accepting the debit order. Even though I asked minutes later for it to please be cancelled. They did not contact me again after that. End of June I get R685 deducted from my account and I made a small loan and that money was in my account for the small loan to be deducted. I am now in further debt. According to this manager this fee is just the first fee and there will be another amount deducted and the staff member that pitched the sale said this is a once off fee. Guys please be careful, I learned the hard way. I have enough evidence because the manager sent the recorded calls via email but I said to him, I will wait for your team to investigate then I will do what I need to do but my hard earned money cannot be given away like this. Has anyone had a positive outcome after they were ******* by this company? I need to know if I should wait on their investigation team or if I shouldn't waist any time.
