I want my money back immediately tired of your sorries and no action from your company

Mr Llewellyn I've emailed you numerous times but still you didn't get back to me I'm tired off having to send email after email for my money Wich you took from my account and to make things worse is I didn't even receive no documents I did not sign anything but still my money for taken and off Wich I cancelled my subscription with your company on the 9 February 5 days after you called me so I want my money back and don't respond with a customer service agent will get back to me
