I want my money back before I go ti Ombudsman
I am very disappointed at Finwell legal service. They debited R950 x 15-months to pay my creditors and their monthly fees but it looks like they did not because i requested paid up letters from my creditors and i discovered no payments has been done until I paid by myself. I need my money back because they didn't do anything but debited my money!
