I tired of calling Max Law with no response after taking my money.

I had a complaint about max law who took my money. Natasha from max law said I must write a cancellation letter and I did, there is no response from her, even If I called max law they said they can't help me Natasha will of witch every time I call I did not get her she always out of the office and they always promise me she will call back, but nothing, i really need my R2000 this company is playing people. They took my money I don't even know what they are going to do with the money because they don't even have my ID copy, hello Max Law dont even lie of paying anything with my money while you do not have my ID.
